IMPRESSED CURRENT

This is a cathodic protection system using impressed current (ICCP), which works offering a controlled level of c.c. from an alternate source of current connected to some anodes. It is designed to last over 20 years and ensures that the whole vessel is protected - the rudder fuse, the propeller, stabilizing blades (if there are any) and so on, are connected to the hull of the vessel by earthing devices.

Power control units:
- Automatic Control
- Computerized Control
